Nicole Tirakian is a Development Officer at The Continuum Company. With ten years of experience in the real estate field, Nicole has extensive experience in development, project management, and construction. Nicole has expertise in large-scale projects in the New York, Miami, and Los Angeles markets. 

 

Previously, Nicole served as an owner’s rep and project manager at CBRE where she managed over $800 million. Notable projects include The New York Public Library at Bryant Park, The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library, and several projects for global firms. Nicole also has experience in residential development within Los Angeles. 

 

Nicole received her Masters of Real Estate Development at New York University and has received her Bachelor’s degree from University of California, at Santa Barbara.
