With over a decade of experience in Florida-based, large-scale mixed-use development, Cullen brings a wealth of knowledge to our South Florida headquarters  Prior to Continuum, Cullen worked as a Development Manager for the Miami-based Related Group where he worked on several iconic Miami development projects including luxury condominiums and residential rental projects.

 

Born in Washington DC, Cullen became a licensed real estate agent, and bought his first investment property while still in undergrad. Cullen earned a bachelor’s degree in business, and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law with a Master’s in Real Estate Development Law. Cullen is licensed as an attorney and Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
