The rezoning at 960 Franklin seeks to transform a vacant and underutilized plot of land into a 1600 unit mixed income residential development with extensive community benefits, including:

20,000 sq. ft. of local retail space along Franklin Avenue;

a 7,500 courtyard partially open to the public.

This is the first and ONLY development in Crown Heights and its' surrounding neighborhoods that finally addresses desperately needed housing for middle income families.
